Casey Anthony signs a six figure book deal to celebrate one month anniversary of freedom.
According to anonymous sources in Los Angeles, Casey Anthony has signed to pen a tell-all memoir, along with a ghostwriter. Sources who would speak only on behalf of anonymity, said Anthony reps settled for this tell all book deal, because they were fearful there may not be any other offers.
Casey has agreed to write a memoir with the help of a ghostwriter. The book will highlight Anthony's life growing up in the Anthony family, becoming a teen mom, and her relationship with Lee, which sources say was not your average brother-sister relationship.
The source said the father of Caylee will finally be named, along with attachements in the book to prove the named father is indeed the father.
Asked if the father is alive, referring to claims that the father was killed in a car accident, the source said, "The father is very much alive."
The source added, "There are plenty of things that she can write about that holds a lot of interest to the general public".
However, because of security concerns, Casey will not be able to do book signings and promotions for the tell-all.
On Friday, August 12th, Judge Belvin Perry ruled that Anthony would have to return to Orlando by August 26 to serve a year of supervised probation for a check fraud conviction.
The sources claim that Anthony's legal team are filing an appeal to that ruling. Say the sources, "They are not concerned, this deal will work in her favor on many levels. If she returns, she can show a probation officer that she has a job.
Casey can provide proof of her contract which states she must complete the manuscript by a certain date. She can't go and work at McDonalds if she is under contract to write a book.
The advance which she already collected will have to be returned if the book is not completed by the agreed date.
Asked about the promised boycotts of any company that gives Anthony money. The source said, "She doesn't care, her advance is a high six figure amount.
All she has to do is work with the ghostwriter, finish the manuscript by the agreed date. She is contracted to do one major interview to promote the book and that's it.
Even if not one book is sold, she has her advance. She will be fine for a long time to come". The source went on to say, "Anyone that thinks, crime doesn't pay is sadly mistaken".
