THIS IS ONLY TO REMEMBER CAYLEE ON HER BIRTHDAY)
Tuesday will mark what would have been Caylee Anthony's 6th birthday.
Caylee would have been so excited for her 6th birthday, swimming, the anticipation of her first day of school , making new friends, perhaps even beginning a dance class, and mostly, all of the wonderful things Caylee would have enjoyed as a six year old little girl.
Unfortunately, none of that will happen. August 9th marks the third birthday Caylee has spent in Heaven.
Instead, along Suburban Drive, where Caylee's skeletal remains were found three years ago, a nonprofit group plans to observe Caylee's 6th birthday by unveiling plans for a memorial that will built in Caylee's memory.
Bring Kids Home wants to build a memorial at the site, to be designed by artist Jefre.
The group would need to take their plans before county staff and request a special exception to the zoning of the property. If approved, they would also have to go through the permitting process.
Tuesday's event is slated to begin at 6 p.m. Bring Kids Home asks that the public bring a latex helium balloon to be released.
The event will also include a butterfly release.
Bring Kids Home could be facing a setback concerning the memorial.
Earlier this week, a “sale pending” sign was found on the land where Caylee's remains were discovered.
Orlando news anchor Martie Salt stated after the discovery of the sign, "we’re working to find out who’s buying (the land).”
The Seattle-based BringKidsHome.org has raised $25,000 to sell bricks in the memorial’s walkway. But the group is struggling to establish corporate partnerships to raise the rest of the estimated $200,000 cost.
Despite the setbacks and zoning hurdles ahead, Bring Kids Home hopes to unveil the memorial on what would be Caylee’s 7th birthday--August 9, 2012.
Meanwhile, George and Cindy Anthony's attorney said the couple's plan for a foundation to honor their granddaughter is moving forward and should be announced officially later in August.

I pray you know the love for you from all of the people you never knew, and those that never knew you.
Sleep with Angels little one.
Your sweet face will never leave our hearts and minds.
Happy birthday sweet angel, Caylee Marie. I pray that you are at complete peace in Heaven after all of this, playing carefree with all the other little children there. Even though I'm far away in Canada, you've been in my heart & in my thoughts, constantly, for over three years now. Today I'm wearing purple in your honor of your memory. I'll never forget you, you precious little girl.
