The photos have yet to be officially confirmed as Casey Anthony.
It is unknown when or exactly where the photos were taken.
The person presumed to be Casey Anthony is photographed shopping inside an Old Navy store, texting on a cell phone, and sipping a Starbucks Frappuccino.

These are the first photos of Casey Anthony's freedom since her release from jail on July 17, 2011, if this is indeed Casey. The photos appear to have been taken over a period of days, as Casey is photographed in three different outfits.
One could also presume this was an arranged photo opportunity for Casey who could have had the clothing changes on hand.
There is also video of the woman walking down a sidewalk. In the video, cars parked along the sidewalk have Ohio state tags. The alleged Casey is also texting on a cell phone, entering an Old Navy store and browsing through the clothing without making a purchase. The only purchase made was at Starbucks, where she bought a Frappuccino. The majority of most viewers say the video appears to be "staged".
The only consistency in all of the photos is a red Ohio State Buckeye's ball cap worn by the woman, who is allegedly Casey Anthony.
Casey apparently has been a Buckeye fan for a long while, as Ohio is her birthplace.
Previously released photos from Casey's Photobucket account show Casey--as well as Caylee--wearing Ohio State Buckeye jerseys and other fan wear.
News reports last week stated Casey Anthony was in treatment for mental health issues at an undisclosed location. This coming on the heels of the top three major networks denying any "bidding war" to obtain the first interview with Casey.
Casey's attorneys will neither confirm nor deny the photos are actually of Casey, nor her whereabouts.
Casey Anthony or Not Casey Anthony---You Decide....
Anthony had until 10am Thursday, August 4, 2011, to return to Orlando in order to begin a one year supervised probation sentence. On Wednesday, August 3, Judge Perry ordered a stay on the amended probation order. Judge Stan Strickland also recused himself from the probation case.
An emergency hearing is scheduled for Friday morning, August 5, in Judge Belvin Perry's court.
