Charles Green also argues that deposition scheduled for next week could put her in danger.
Green argued in a new court filing that Anthony is "emotionally and mentally exhausted" from the murder trial and has not had time to prepare for next week's scheduled deposition.

Anthony was found not guilty of first-degree murder.
Thursday evening, her attorney Jose Baez was seen leaving the Orange County Jail after meeting with Anthony.
Green represents Anthony in a civil case brought by a Kissimmee woman named Zenaida Gonzalez, who claims Anthony ruined her name when she said in 2008 that a woman by the same name had kidnapped her daughter, Caylee.
Gonzalez' attorney, John Morgan, is asking that they be allowed to take Anthony's deposition in jail for fear she will disappear when released Sunday.
Morgan won a court order requiring Anthony to appear at the videotaped deposition.
Green said if Anthony were ordered to appear at Morgan's office next week, her safety could be in jeopardy.
In court papers, Green says this is "grandstanding."
He also protested Morgan's alleged intention to broadcast Anthony's deposition live on his website.
Anthony was served with the subpoena for the deposition in jail.
The deposition is scheduled for July 19.
Anthony's attorney said she would have no choice but to assert her Fifth Amendment rights.
"The real issue is the lies," said Orlando criminal defense attorney Richard Hornsby, who provides legal analysis for WESH 2 News.
He said Anthony does have the right to stay silent.
"The substance of what she's being sued about can invoke her Fifth Amendment right to the substance of the deposition," Hornsby said.
Court officials rescheduled an emergency hearing Friday from 10 a.m. to 8 a.m.
WESH.com will stream the hearing live.
