The Juror 11 and Juror Foreperson in the Casey Anthony Murder Trial Spoke Exclusively to Greta Susteren On The Record (but with his face hidden). First part of a two part interview.
Juror 11 tell On The Record that the jurors found George Anthony 'suspect'. Juror 11 also said there was 'speculation' that George could have had involvement in Caylee's "murder".
It was evident from his comments that the jury held Jose Baez's opening statements in high regard and used Baez's words in deliberation -- which is a complete violation of jury instruction. Opening statements are NOT to be used as FACT nor to be used in deliberations.
