Mark Hawkins' MySpace Note the picture & message to Caylee on left side. Casey last left a comment on 7/14/08, one day before her first arrest, from her MySpace page "Kaseeomaree", which is now the "Caylee is Missing" MySpace page. Casey also posted 2 other times, 6/26/08, and on 7/5/08, specifically, telling Mark, "she is so glad he is coming home, and he has no idea how f'n happy she is." We now know that Caylee is already deceased at this point. This post was on 7/5/08, the day after the 4th of July Party.

Casey Anthony Trial: Sidebar Transcript from June 24, 2011 - Casey Angry At Attorneys

The following is the transcription of the sidebar that occurred on Friday, June 24, 2011, during Cindy Anthony's re-direct. Casey Anthony was seen frantically taking notes while reading the real time transcription of the sidebar on a monitor at the defense table.

Of importance, this sidebar preceded Casey Anthony's immediate infuriated display of erratic emotion toward her defense lawyers.

The following day, Saturday, June 25, 2011, Judge Belvin Perry abruptly recessed court after a 40 minute conference with defense attorneys and prosecution attorneys. That discussion and susequent motion were sealed at that time. Court was scheduled to resume on Monday, June 28.

On Monday June 27, 2011, Judge Belvin Perry stated that on June 25, Casey Anthony's attorneys had voiced a concern with their client and upon which, Judge Perry ruled an emergency motion for an evaluation of competency for Casey Anthony. Casey Anthony was observed by 2 forensic psychologists and 1 psychiatrist on Saturday June 25.

The experts findings and conclusions, in unison, declared Casey Anthony "Competent to Stand Trial". Court resumed June 27, 2011 at 9am local time. The motion filed on June 25 that was originally under seal, was unsealed and entered into record.
