Anthony Home is Now Officially a Crime Scene *updated 12/12*

Crime scene tape is being put up around the entire perimeter of the Anthony's home at this moment. OCSO has declared the Anthony's home an official "crime scene".

It is speculated, that something that was found in the bag with the skeletal remains made OCSO obtain the search warrant for the home and surrounding property.

Other speculation is that clothing was found inside the bag. Also, the Anthony home itself could have been the place of Caylee's death, or that an event took place at the Anthony home that ultimately ended Caylee's life, either at the home or another site.

Another reports for search warrant is for obtaining evidence to match the garbage bags that were found. The garbage bag that included the remains found today and the garbage bag that was retrieved in the dumpster at the tow yard on July 16, 2008, at around 4am, by OCSO. That garbage bag contained decomp, maggots and flies, and an EMPTY pizza box. Evidence for tape found today with the garbage bag was said to possibly on the search warrant.

Update on Casey, she was given a sedative upon learning of the remains being found. Baez visited with her the majority of the day after his court appearance. She was also given a psychological evaluation.

Lee's girlfriend, Mallory, was at the home earlier today, ushered out swiftly and told the home was now a crime scene. Mallory left without incident.
The Anthony's are back in Orlando and are not allowed back into their home tonight.

Also, the bag was a black plastic bag taped up with duct tape. There are also media reports that duct tape was found on the skull as well. At this time, this is just speculation. Law Enforcement has said that there was duct tape on the bag itself, but no mention of the remains. LE is keeping all evidence found "close to the vest".
