Some of the items of clothing were tested for trace evidence at the FBI Lab in Quantico, VA. Some of the clothing items tested positive for trace evidence and some for residual substance as well.
The pictures are in black and white, therefore making it hard to see. There are markers however, and a synopsis of what was tested and the results of the test.
Before the clothing was sent to Quantico, testing was performed by forensic investigators inside the Anthony home. As it states in the synopsis, an "ALS" was used in Casey's closet before the clothes were removed. ALS is short for Alternative Light Source, which uses "alternative light sources" in order to find trace evidence, such as hair, fiber, prints, bodily fluids, etc., that cannot be seen with the naked eye. Special goggles, either orange or red, depending on the light source used, provides the investigator special ability to find this "trace evidence"

In the last picture below, it looks, in my opinion, as if there is bleach stain on the leg of the jeans.
From the released documents: Testing Performed On Casey Anthony's Clothing
These "Old Navy" jeans appear to have a bleach stain on the leg.
