We now know that Caylee is already deceased at this point. This post was on 7/5/08, the day after the 4th of July Party.

Unretouched picture from Casey's myspace page made available on the web. The sticker that was placed on the picture is suspected to be from the same sheet of stickers as the heart sticker that was found on the duct tape that was found on Caylee's skull. Sticker adhesive in the shape of a heart was found on the duct tape, and just near the remains, a heart sticker was found. Reports are these two "heart stickers" could be identical.

Sean Michael Krause, 25, of North Tonawanda, NY, passed away on Monday (February 23, 2009) after a lengthy and valiant battle with cancer. Sean was an internet blogger and journalist. Nancy Grace covers pre-trial hearing held Friday, including the motions filed by Casey Anthony's defense team,mainly, the motion to recuse the prosecution, which was denied. Nancy also discusses Baez's motion for access to the crime scene, which he was granted as soon as law enforcement and CSI concluded their search, only to have Baez not accept the invitation at that time. A few weeks later, Baez filed a motion for access to discovery of the crime scene, including photos, x-rays, and autopsy photos. Judge Strickland granted Baez access to the photos and media discovery at that hearing with an order that the media would be contained on a secure internet server when sent to experts over the internet. At Friday's hearing, Judge Strickland once again granted Jose Baez access to the crime scene itself. Baez claims he has been unsuccessful in contacting the property owner to access the property on his own.
Baez filed a motion on behalf of Casey's right to waive hearing appearances. Judge Strickland denied the motion, and Casey was ordered to appear at the hearing Friday. The court said "it would use force" if Casey made attempts not to appear in court. The majority of the show was spent analyzing Casey's "makeover and wardrobe" from her court appearance.

Answers to Frequently Asked Questions Regarding Casey and the Anthony Family
Casey Anthony did NOT graduate high school. According to Cindy (in depo) Casey was lacking a 1/2 credit which prevented Casey from graduating. Casey would have graduated in 2004 from Colonial High School. Casey did not mention that she would not be graduating until the day OF graduation ceremonies. Cindy had planned a party for Casey's graduation and invited family and friends. The party was held despite the turn of events.
Casey Anthony's Birthday is March 19, 1986 -- Casey turned 25 in 2011.
Casey DID in fact win the "hot body contest" that she entered during the "31 days" Caylee was missing. Tony Lazzaro's roommate Nate Lezniewicz revealed this fact in an interview after the trial. Nate implied Casey "won" by default only because she was Tony's girlfriend.
George Anthony's Birthday is September 5, 1951. George's will turn 60 years old in 2011.
Cindy's Anthony's Birthday is June 5, 1958. Cindy turned 53 in 2011.
Lee Anthony's Birthday is November 20, 1982 -- Lee will be 29 years old in 2011
Cindy's former employer was Gentiva Health Services where she was a nursing case supervisor.
Cindy has not returned to work since July 15, 2008. She is on disability.
